1.) I like doing tags. they fun and I'm lazy.
2.) I hate drawing because it takes me longer to do. Plus, I don't think I'm all that good at it. But every once in a while, I'll attempt something.
3.) I'm getting real sick of seeing all these commercials for Twilight and New Moon. It's rather annoying.
4.) I entered to win a car from Edward just because it was a chance to win a free car.
5.) I love free stuff. And people who give me free stuff.
6.) I seriously love this! Most of all, it's for me from an artist I love!
7.) I have anger issues.
8.) Uh... I'm doing the deserts for my cousins wedding that's in two days even though my aunt-her mother-insulted me by asking my mother if I know how to separate colors. hello! I invent deserts, I've done deserts for weddings before and I don't messure anything.

So, the past few days we've been hit by some tropical storm/hurricane. I'm not sure what it was exactly since I didn't pay attention to the news. Anyways, it's been insane and I live right by the ocean. Like, five minutes away. So, it's been windy all last week with horrible rain and flooding. Insanity. I hate it. So much flooding some of the main roads have been closed. So horrible that the electric has been off in some places. Walmart was even closed because of no lights. Shocking, isn't it? That walmart would actually be closed? Thankfully, it's sunny out and getting clearer. Not as much flooding in places anymore. I know, I'm not in some tropical place where hurricanes happen all the time and I shouldn't complain and all, but they don't usually come up to Maryland area. So there! That's my excuse.

At least I've had my new Micheal Bublé and Kanon Wakeshima cd to keep me occupied.

And, I think I need to clarify a few things from last journal since so many asked or was confused. With my sisters ex-boss thing: Basically, I went with my sister because her boss-Kathy-had been avoiding her and lying to her about work and I told her I wanted to be a witness, just in case. Kim-or so I'm calling her-is the receptionist who was there and very rude to us. A small argument got under way. I saw Kathy's lies and told her each one. I kept saying how she was lying and she knew it. Then it got down to one thing in particular. Kim was saying one thing and then turned around and said another. I caught her on that and she screamed at me that that wasn't what she said. I placed my hands on the counter and said don't yell at me. It was then Kathy decided to jump over the desk, slap me and proceed to take me down to the ground. By the way, I'm six foot and she comes up to maybe my boobs here... yeah...

Anyways, she's slapping me, scratching me, etc and I'm just trying to get her off of me. I so wanted to beat her up some kind of bad, but I knew the type of person she is and I knew that wouldn't be a good thing. I knew she would lie and say I attacked her to the cops-which is what she did. Anyways, I get away from her, get the cops, and report it. I have bruises and scratches on my arms, red eye which I can't see out of very well, bruised up red check, and scratches on my face-I have pics of all of them. Two witnesses on both sides so cops said if I wanted to pursue it, we'd both be arrested since she said I attacked her first. yeah, right. By the way, she also made up some craziness about having marks on her arms-which were invisible by the way. So, since legally, I can't do a thing, I'm taking it to her business. I know ways-which I'm not telling right now-that I can report her business and report her. Nice, huh?

Next thing, about the court. I hate this one, I really do. So, since my sister hadn't had work in like a month or so, we needed to do something to help pay for the rent since I can't afford it myself. We started selling somethings of ours at the flea market. And we told our landlord the situation and she was nice about it all. Told us, it was ok if we were a bit late on the one month. Don't worry. Great, right? We get it in and write a note for her. This is also the time that all the funerals were going on for us. Well, she shows up unexpected a day later and isn't happy. (Which by the way is illegal for a landlord to do. They have to give proper notice if they want to come over-at least 24 hours,) Our parents were visiting us and we had a pull-out couch for them to sleep on out in the living room. She saw it and said that only the bedroom was used for a bedroom and no other rooms were supposed to be used for a bedroom. Frankly, she can't tell us what to do with our rooms. Not to mention that wasn't the case. She apparently doesn't live visitors. And the woman below us likes to complain.

I'm rambling here, sorry. She makes this list and mails it to us about all the "problems" she's having with us-like noise, other people using laundry facilities, moving furniture, etc. Ok, first of all, it's an old building from back in the 50s. Of COURSE there is going to be noise. Second of all, she can't dictate who uses the laundry and who doesn't. The ONLY time someone who doesn't rent there used it of my side was my sister visiting who did it because I just came from the hospital. And if she really wants to go there, she had a "caretaker" of the old guy downstairs doing laundry for the both of them. Yeah, she wasn't a caretaker, unless you call taking care of his sexual needs caretaking. Thirdly, I can move furniture whenever I decide, be it three in the afternoon or nine at night-which is what it was. So who freakin' cares?

Anyways, we sent her a letter addressing these matters and since she demanded we leave by the end of August or September-I can't recall... we'd do that but we weren't going to pay the rent which she wanted us to do for that month as well as leave. (Sorry, I don't care what you say about me, but if someone asks you to leave but still pay them, I'm not doing that. I'm not paying and paying more later on to stay somewhere else.) Next day, we got summoned to court. Even that was screwed up. She personally summoned us-bad thing number one-she handed ME the envelopes-bad thing number two as they aren't supposed to be in envelopes-didn't ask who was who-number three-and gets my name wrong-she's just screwed up, isn't she?

Blah, blah, we go and it's annoying. We are given the chance to work it out and she doesn't want to. She just wants her money and that's how she's compromising. We finally go before the judge and mention everything-including the fact that there is lead paint there she lied about and said we don't need to worry about because it's been painted over so many times it won't affect us. Uh... sorry, but lead paint stays there. Not to mention, you can see it on the windows. (Like, there is cracking there. And there is a gap big enough to fit all my fingers in. Or to pour sugar in all windows for the ants and roaches to come. I'm not saying I did that, I'm just saying you could do that.) And the judge rules in her favor. We were very upset. She follows us with this horrid smirk on her face, wanting to rub it in. We leave her and later go back to the clerk and find out... this is the best part... we won in a way. All she won was a right to evict if she didn't get her money. We left already. The right to evict only allows her to file more paperwork to get the sheriff out-paying more money-to kick us out. He won't come if there is no one to come to. Since she was smart, she didn't check the right box saying she gets the money and therefore, she gets nothing. Nice, huh?

I love my crazy messed up life.
