Haru was upset that Katara and Sokka were the ones who made him shave his pride and joy off. How could they? He refused to continue playing. He said he didn’t feel like it anymore.
“Come on Haru. You’re no fun. You have to do something.” Aang cried out. He was having fun, and then Haru had to ruin it by refusing to continue.
“Fine!” He looked around the room and knew exactly who he wanted. “Toph, truth or dare.”
“Easy, dare!” She smirked. She wasn’t afraid of anything.
“I think I’m going to leave the room so you can continue with your games.” Hakoda mentioned as he stood to leave. The group nodded before continuing on with the game.
“I dare you to…” He looked around and noticed the monk sitting by himself, almost in his own world. “I dare you to give Aang a kiss.”
“What?! I’m not doing that! What kind of dare is that?” She protested. There was no way she was going to do something like that.
“Hey, you insisted I shave my mustache off! It’s only fair!” Haru glared at Toph.
“Fine, no problem.” She grunted. She found her way over towards Aang and gave him a kiss. He stood there, awestruck. Did she just kiss him? Did he enjoy it?
Wow, that was some kiss. He thought, trying not to smile. Toph’s words smacked him back into reality.
“So, it’s my turn now!” Toph smiled. She was going to enjoy this. “Zuko, it’s your turn. Truth or Dare.”
“I choose dare.” He smiled, feeling a bit risky. Oh, how he should have realized who he was dealing with. It was Toph, the one person who could tell when his heart was beating the fastest around a certain someone.
“Fine. I dare you to kiss a girl. A real kiss.” She smirked, knowing only two other girls there. And Sokka wasn’t about to let Zuko kiss Suki. “I’m not included.”
“NO!!! You will not touch Suki! I’ll kill you!” Sokka threatened as he reached for his sword.
“Sokka, calm down. I’m fine.” Suki glared at Sokka.
“I guess that only leaves-” Sokka stopped mid-sentence. He knew exactly who that left. He looked between Toph and Zuko, thinking they were plotting something. “You two planned this! You were behind it all along!”
“Calm down Snoozles. It’s only a game!” Toph laughed. This was way too much fun! Much better than it was with Haru.
“What’s going on? I don’t understand.” Haru asked, still confused. Obviously, the mustache held his brains and therefore he couldn’t think.
“There is only one girl left and that happens to be Katara. So, Zuko is dared to kiss my baby sister!” Anger built up in Sokka and he wasn’t sure if it was towards Toph or towards Zuko. “You aren’t going to do it, are you?” He turned towards Zuko, hoping he would agree with the older brother.
“It was a dare. And I should do it. Haru didn’t get a chance to back down. Neither do I.” Zuko stated calmly. In the back of his mind, he was so glad Toph dared him.
Silence filled the area as Zuko walked cautiously over towards Katara who had been silent this entire time. She wasn’t sure if she should be angry with Toph, or happy with her. It was too confusing.
Before she knew it, Zuko was in front of her, ready for the kiss. She could fell the stares, but no longer cared. She could fell his lips touch hers and couldn’t believe it. It was wonderful. She didn’t want to let go.
Zuko started to move back, release from the kiss, but Katara held onto him. She kissed him with the passion she was feeling. This was what Zuko had wanted. He enjoyed this moment. It was no dare kiss. It was something more.
“Ahem.” The teens looked up from their heated kiss to find Hakoda standing nearby, wondering why they were in such a passionate kiss.

Plans
"You're seeing who?" Ursa asked rather accusingly in Zuko's opinion.
"Katara," Zuko sighed, "her name is Katara, Mom. She taught Aang waterbending."
"She's a waterbender? Zuko, my love, you know I support everything you do but, well, how serious are you with her?"
"I'd say pretty serious considering I've written to her father, Chief Hakoda, about her staying here, indefinitely."
"This wasn't the plan," was all Ursa responded with.
Zuko stared at her. "What plan?"
"You were supposed to marry one of Azula's friends. Either Mai or Ty Lee. There was a reason those were the only ones of her friends that came over to the palace. Dependi

Awkward
The children looked across the table at their Aunt Azula who looked like she was trying to get comfortable and failing. They knew of their Aunt Azula but this was the first day they had ever met her; Dad would go visit her and sometimes Mom would go too but they always stayed home.
They had no idea how to act around her. With Aunt Suki they knew not to misbehave because she knew all the punishments Mom gave. With Auntie Toph they knew they could get away with anything and she usually had sweets for them. They liked both their aunts but for different reasons.
Aunt Azula didn't have sweets and she didn't bring any cousins for them to play

Negotiate
Zuko remembered being taught how to play Pai Sho by Uncle Iroh one summer on Ember Island. He learned through out the years there was much more strategy involved in the game than he thought that summer. He'd improved and realized some of the ideas about strategy could be applied to dealing with his councilors.
Currently he had everyone set up for him to win exactly what he wanted, now came the negotiating to make what he wanted happen. He'd planned this meeting perfectly; he was in his full Fire Lord regalia at the head of the table he had specifically placed in the throne room. ("Shouldn't I just sit on my throne?" "No," Katara said, "t

So, I wrote the first part, then wanted more. She wanted to have where Zuko and Katara kissed. I couldn't refuse.
And, helped with the dare for Toph. Thanks!
Edit: I added a bit more with Toph. More of a challenge for her.
Part One [link]
I own nothing. Never do.
